Delete your ELIRI data

ELIRI has no account in the usual sense — no email, no password. It has an anonymous identity per installation, and you can delete it, and everything it owns, from inside the app.

In the app (the authoritative way)

  1. Open ELIRI and go to ELIRI & YOU (from the menu on the home screen).
  2. At the bottom of the page, tap Delete everything.
  3. Read what it covers, tap Delete everything, then confirm with Yes, delete everything.

The app then does the following, in this order, and only reports "Deleted" when every step has actually completed:

If you are offline, the app says it needs a connection to delete cloud data. Nothing is uploaded in the meantime, and the deletion finishes the next time ELIRI is online or you tap again.

If you use ELIRI again afterwards, it creates a new anonymous identity that owns nothing from before.

What deletion does not reach

If you can no longer open the app

Because ELIRI never had your name or email, there is no account we can look up from a message, and there is no web form here that could safely delete an anonymous identity — a form that took an identifier would let anyone delete anyone. So:
